ترجمان محکمہ انسداد دہشت گردی ۔(سی ٹی ڈی) کے مطابق ملزم عبداللّٰہ خان ڈھڈیال ضلع میرپور آزاد کشمیر کا رہائشی ہے، ملزم کے قبضے سے بڑی مقدار میں دھماکا خیز مواد برآمد کیا گیا۔
ترجمان نے بتایا کہ۔ ملزم تخریب کاری کے لیے دھماکا ۔خیز مواد راولپنڈی اور اسلام آباد لے جا رہا تھا۔
ملزم کا تعلق کالعدم لشکر جھنگوی اور کالعدم ٹی ٹی پی سے ہے، اس نے افغانستان سے تربیت لی جبکہ مدرسہ ابراہیمیہ سیاکھ کا مہتمم ہے۔
ترجمان سی ٹی ڈی نے کہا کہ ملزم نےخودکش حملہ آور حمزہ۔ اور قاری سہیل کی رہائش کا متعدد بار انتظام کیا۔ ملزم قاری سہیل اس ۔وقت افغانستان میں موجود ہے۔
ملزم نے شجاع خانزادہ پر حملے کے ماسٹر مائنڈ قیصر مصطفیٰ۔ عرف کیپٹن نعمان کو بھی پناہ دی تھی۔
ملزم کا سسر مسعود الحق سیاکھوی اور ۔برادر نسبتی ابراہیم سیاکھوی اشتہاری ملزمان ہیں۔ دونوں اس وقت برطانیہ میں مقیم ہیں۔
ترجمان نے مزید کہا کہ ملزم نے مسعود سیاکھوی کی ہدایت پر شجاع خانزادہ کے خودکش حملہ آوروں کو پناہ دینے کا انکشاف کیا ہے۔
