پاکستان میں سیلاب سے تباہ کاریوں کے بعد دنیا بھر سے فنڈ اور امداد آنے کا سلسلہ جاری ہے۔ اور اب امریکی انٹرنیٹ ٹیکنالوجی کمپنی ’گوگل‘ نے بھی سیلاب متاثرین کے لیے امدادی رقم جمع کرنے کی بین الاقوامی اپیل کا آغاز کر دیا ہے
دنیا میں سب سے زیادہ۔ استعمال ہونے والے سرچ انجن گوگل نے دنیا بھر کے انٹرنیٹ صارفین سے 15 ڈالر، 25 ڈالر اور 50 ڈالر امداد عطیہ کرنے کی درخواست کی ہے۔
اس اپیل میں سینٹر فار ڈیزاسٹر فلانتھراپی (سی ڈی پی)۔ اور ہیومن رائٹس واچ کی ایک رپورٹ کا لنک بھی شامل ہے، جس میں پاکستان کو فوری مالی امداد ۔دینے کی حمایت کی گئی ہے۔
سی ڈی پی رپورٹ میں بتایا گیا۔ کہ پاکستان میں سیلاب نے چاروں صوبوں اور ملک کی تقریباً 15 فیصد آبادی کو متاثر کیا ہے، ہیومن رائٹس واچ کی رپورٹ میں بتایا گیا۔ کہ ’پاکستان میں سیلاب سے تباہی کے بعد دنیا کو موسمیاتی تبدیلی سے نمٹنے کی ضرورت ہےـ‘
رپورٹ میں بتایا گیا کہ ’پاکستان ان ممالک میں شامل ہے جہاں موسمیاتی تبدیلیوں کا سب سے زیادہ خطرہ ہے، پاکستان کو مستقبل میں شدید گرمی اور شدید موسمیاتی اثرات کا سامنا کرنا پڑ سکتا ہے‘
آسٹریا کی جانب سے امداد کا اعلان
آسٹریا کی وزارت خارجہ نے پاکستان میں سیلاب متاثرین کے لیے 20لاکھ یورو کی ہنگامی امداد کا اعلان کیا ہے۔
آسٹریا کے وزیر خارجہ الیگزینڈر شلن برگ کا کہنا تھا کہ اقوام متحدہ اور حکومت پاکستان کے تحت مشترکہ طور پر بنائے گئے ’پاکستان فلڈ رسپانس پلان 2022‘ کے تحت یہ رقم تقسیم کی جائے گی۔
ان امداد میں سیلاب متاثرین کے لیے ہنگامی زرعی امداد۔ رہائش۔ ابتدائی طبی امداد۔ خوراک۔ خواتین کی صحت، صاف پانی، کمزور آبادی والے علاقوں کے تحفظ کے لیے امداد اور تعلیمی شعبے کے لیے امداد فراہم کی گئی ہے۔
